Booking Terms and Conditions
Nobody likes reading small print so here are the T&Cs in a nutshell :
Booking
- You need to pay when you fill in the booking form
If you can’t make it…
- Let us know asap (at least 48 hours before the course) and you’ll be able to change to another date or same price course.
- What if you don’t turn up without telling us (48 hours notice) – ooops ! Then you forfeit your place and fee and have to start again.
What if we have to cancel…?
- It just might happen on occasion – you can have your money back or use the payment towards another of our great courses.
THE FORMAL VERSION :
Booking on the course
Full payment is required at the time of completing the booking form. Receipt of your payment does not guarantee acceptance of the booking. Confirmation of your place will be emailed/posted to you.
Cancellation of the booking by the delegate
This must be made in writing as soon as possible. Any payments made are non-refundable but may be transferred towards any available forthcoming course. If you do not attend on the day of the course without prior notification to Michael Turner or Turner Photo Training all payments made will be forfeit.
Cancellation of a course by Michael Turner or Turner Photo Training
We reserve the right to cancel any workshop or course. In this event, you may transfer to another available course of equivalent cost or take a refund of money paid. Our liability will be limited to the amount of money which you have already paid.
By the nature of our workshops and courses the contents require flexibility and all descriptions must therefore be regarded as an indication only. We reserve the right at any time to change details or contents. If any significant change occurs after you receive confirmation of your booking you will be given the opportunity to transfer to another available course of equivalent cost or take a refund of the money which you have already paid.
Michael Turner and Turner Photo Training does not accept responsibility or liability for death, bodily injury or illness caused to the delegate or any other person included on the booking form unless proven to arise from negligence on the part of Michael Turner or Turner Photo Training. Any claims shall be subject to English Law in respect of any question of liability or quantum and all proceedings shall be within the exclusive domain of the English courts.
Any complaints must be brought to our attention at the time of the course or workshop in order that a satisfactory solution may be found. After that time any complaint must be made in writing to Michael Turner within 28 days of the end of the course.
